Each of us has innate gifts to bring to the world. ​

As a health and well-being coach, I motivate people to be their healthiest, most vibrant, and successful selves. 

​

I am a national board-certified health and well-being coach through the National Board of Medical Examiners. My practice combines inner exploration, deep listening, achievable action steps, and accountability and support for clients to accomplish their goals and live their best lives.

​

Health is impacted by multiple interconnected dimensions. I support clients in making positive shifts in all dimensions of well-being, including:

  • Fulfillment and Purpose

  • Mental and Emotional Health

  • Nutrition and Weight Management

  • Physical Activity and Fitness

  • Sleep and Rest

  • Living and Work Environments

Through health and well-being coaching and mind-body relaxation practices, I support individuals and groups to live aligned with their highest values and vision for themselves and their communities.
