Speaking

I speak at professional meetings and for business, academic, and non-profit groups on a variety of mind-body topics to reduce stress. My talks help their members learn evidence-based tools to live in greater well-being, equanimity, balance, and focus. In addition to sharing the latest didactic science and research, we practice these mind-body tools and plant seeds for self-care.
