The real meditation practice is how we live our lives from moment to moment to moment.

Mind-Body Tools for Stress Relief
I teach science-based, practical tools to activate the relaxation response. These practices reduce anxiety, stress, and the negative impacts of stress-induced inflammation on the body and emotions. You don't need to be a meditator or yogi to learn these tools. The only requirement is the ability to breath.

I am a qualified teacher of mindfulness-based stress reduction through Brown University. I teach mind-body tools for stress reduction at Indiana University and to individuals and groups in person and online.

Benefits of these relaxation practices:
-
Greater ability to cope with stress and anxiety
-
More emotional and mental resilience for stressful times
-
Less reactivity in communication and relationships
-
Better focus and concentration
-
A sense of spaciousness in our lives
-
Living in the moment.
